Our helpdesk is a service that not only assists with software and hardware diagnostic repairs but also assists our customers when they need to run various reports.

Lately, we are getting a number of requests from customers without unit alarms asking for us to show them how to run an entry and exit report to identify customers who are breaking into their neighbour’s storage units having identified that their unit doesn’t alarm. Hence, they know their neighbour’s unit is also not alarmed. If you don’t have unit alarms, be on the lookout.

For customers with unit alarms, run the open-doors report and if the report shows an open unit and the customer is not on-site call ? Sentinel at +61 3 9988 2035 so we can quote on a repair.
