Brad Macdonald as Support Team expands
Today’s announcement is an exciting development for the Sentinel team. Due to a growing customer base in Australia and New Zealand, Sentinel’s support team has expanded with the addition of Brad. This allows Sentinel to provide better overall support and increased response times across the two countries. Brad will be supporting Dallas and YD in level 1 and level 2 tier support.
Brad has worked in the eHealth industry on various projects including support for digitally linking pharmacy and doctors across Australia, providing support for doctors software, and conference and event support. Companies Brad has worked for includes eRx Script Exchange and Fred IT.
Sentinel’s general manager, Jason Keane commented that “Brad’s knowledge and experience in IT will further enhance the support that Sentinel provides its customers. We continue to grow, learn and upgrade to cater for the current and future demand for security ”.
